Ever since I realised that I had a better grasp of technology, I couldn't help but wonder one thing. When I'm a generation or two older, will I too fall behind the technology curve? Or is something grander at play?
Perhaps it's not that we're more adapted to current interfaces. Maybe we're getting more adapted to adapting. Do the rapid changes between user interfaces teach us to rewire our brains and muscle memory with greater ease?
I look at my six year old brother who navigates an iPad with ease and even my one year old sister who's almost able to swipe between pictures. I hope I'll be able to keep up with them.
